On World Milk Day, TVіMO representatives took part in AgroLand exhibition in Velykyi Khodachkiv, Ternopil region — one of Ukraine’s largest agricultural events.
Our team prepared a traditional Carpathian cheese called “Buts”, cooked in an open cauldron over a wood fire — using milk from Jersey cows supplied by TVіMO to a farm in Ternopil region.
The Jersey breed is known for producing the richest milk in the world — high in fat and protein, perfect for artisan cheese making. This live demonstration showed exactly what great genetics and quality nutrition can achieve on a real Ukrainian farm.
